Shasta and Jesse Engagement Session at Hacienda Del Sol

This special couple is Jesse and Shasta.  You may remember them from Jesse's Homecoming from the war.  I went to the airport with Shasta to meet him and  photographed their reunion.  Well here they are a few weeks after his return.  Sooooo In Love.

They were married this past weekend at the beautiful and historical Stillwell House.  Photo's to come soon.

We photographed their e-session at the place Jesse proposed - Hacienda Del Sol.

This is the table they ate dinner at on that historical night.  Sun setting on the Tucson Mountains in the background, ohhhhh so romantic.

After dinner, Jesse and Shasta took a stroll through the desert gardens in the moonlight.  Jesse complained that his ankle hurt and bent down to see what was causing the pain.  And to her surprise it was the rock on the ring that came out of his sock.  He reached for her hand and proposed on one knee.  (Here is the re-enactment).  Love her surprised body language.

Jesse and Shasta just glow of love and we are so happy we are able to be a part of their family history.

Ladies....This wedding goes to show you, there are still great guys out there. We had the great pleasure of photographing the wedding of Dave and Marianne. No, they are not the 20-something that is the average age to wed, but they were every bit in love and living life to the fullest. A wonderful couple that we can all aspire to love as they do.

Married on November 29th at Christ the King Church with a beautiful reception at Hacienda Del Sol.

Marianne was all about the details, which will be used through out her album.

Ok, so we had a little fun with their rings. What is life if there is no sense of humor.

Marianne and Hacienda Del Sol created such a warm and romantic atmosphere for the reception. Candle light and night lights outside set the mood all night.
