Dan and Carolyns Engagement in Tucson

Well, we are about out of time for 2010.  So I thought I would end this years posts with a really cute couple.  This is Dan and Carolyn.  They have that special chemistry.  Smiling, giddy and love beaming from the eyes.  We started out the day at a local park and ended at a Car Show.  Oh, yes, a car show.  Its ok for your guy to put in his two cents.  Love it.  Have fun.

He wears the pants....No she wears the pants......Oh, I get it,  we share as we are partners in life.

A Fairytale Love - Shawn and Nicole Wed at Reflections at the Buttes

 

I am very excited to introduce you to Shawn and Nicole.  We first met them at one of our bridal shows.  Nicole was one of those blushing and glowing bride-to-be.  She made an impression on us even before they contacted us about their wedding.  This couple was sweet and in love.  Shawn called us that same night of the show and we knew exactly who they were. 

Their ceremony and reception was held at the beautiful Reflections at the Buttes.

Nicole and Shawn have a little boy and as he was to small to walk down the isle, they set up a wedding wagon and the most adorable flower girl pulled him with the cutest shyness.

Ahhhhh, the first kiss.  But wanted to show you the benefit of two photographers and two angles.

First kiss following the ceremony with lil Hayden in hand.  They are just the most adorable family.

Thought their rings on Hayden's toes would be cute, especially since it was taken on the day of the wedding.

 

Shawn is a Fireman by trade, so we had to do a fireman's carry.  This is the sitting version.  I do not think she will ever complain about being rescued by her man.

Jose and Jessica - Young Love

We had a great time photographing Jose and Jessica's engagement session.  They are so in love and so cute. 

We get to photograph their wedding this weekend and looking forward to spending a day of wedding bliss with them and their families. 

Oh, we had a friend stop in on the session and say hello......YIKES!!!!!  The desert has many hidden treasures and well, some not so friendly guests.  Any of you know my hubby, UM Yay, he had to get a little closer. 

Tucson Omni Golf Resort Wedding Hosted by Reflections at the Buttes

Hello All.  This is a story of Kelly and Bogdan's wedding day.  It was a beautiful day, with a beautiful bride and handsome Groom.  Kelly has this glamour quality about her.  Kind of a Hollywood look.  They held their ceremony and reception at the Tucson Omni Golf Resort.  The grounds at the Omni are just breathtaking.

Here is Kelly and her amazing dress.  OOOOhhhhhlaaaaalaaa.

Reflections at the Buttes planned and coordinated the entire event.  The golf coarse was icing on the cake as a back drop for their ceremony.  Yes, this beautiful green is in Tucson.

I love the look Kelly's dad has right before giving her hand to Bogdan.  A Fathers love for his daughter  is precious.

Bogdan was sweet.  Couldn't quite hold back those tears.  In my experience  many of the men tend to well up with emotion on the day of the wedding.  They have bottled it up and at the moment of the kiss, it is released.  I love it.  It really is a tender moment.

The grounds were to die for.  Just majestic

The timing of the sprinklers was another story.  Just as we were about to finish our photo's we were shockingly surprised when the water sprinklers turned on.  As a photographer we have to weigh the option to save the bride or take advantage of a great photo opp.  Well, once we realized there was no danger of a wet bride, we got the shot......best of both worlds.  LOL.  Guests were watching from the balcony and gasping.  The couple took it in stride and very thankful to be dry.

Bogdan's family is from Romania.  So to incorporate his heritage, they had words describing their love on each table.  One side of the centerpiece was in English and the other was written in Romanian language.

We ended the night by the pool.  Omni has some amazing fire pots surrounding the pool side.  The fire and  reflection in the pool  created some illuminating romance.  Congrats to you both.  May your life be filled with love and romance all the days of your life.
